Mr Gautam Adani, the Chairman and Founder of the Adani Group, has more than 33 years of business experience. Under his leadership, Adani Group has emerged as a global integrated infrastructure player with interest across Resources, Logistics and Energy verticals. Mr Adani’s success story is extraordinary in many ways. His journey has been marked by his ambitious and entrepreneurial vision, coupled with great vigour and hard work. This has not only enabled the Group to achieve numerous milestones but also resulted in creation of a robust business model which is contributing towards building sound infrastructure in India.

Mr Rajesh Adani has been associated with Adani Group since its inception. He is in charge of the operations of the Group and has been responsible for developing its business relationships. His proactive, personalized approach to the business and competitive spirit has helped towards the growth of the Group and its various businesses.

Mr. Pranav Adani has been active in the group since 1999. He has been instrumental in initiating & building numerous new business opportunities across multiple sectors. He has spearheaded the Joint Venture with the Wilmar Group of Singapore and transformed it from a single refinery edible oil business into a pan India Food Company. He also leads the Oil & Gas, City Gas Distribution & Agri Infrastructure businesses of the Group. His astute understanding of the economic environment has helped the group in scaling up the businesses multi fold.

Mr. Pranav Adani is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Boston University, USA. He is also an alumnus of the Owners/President Management Program of the Harvard Business School, USA. Mr. Pranav Adani has been conferred with several awards, Globoil Man of the Year Award 2009 being one of them.

Mr. Jeet Adani joined the Adani Group in 2019, after attending the University of Pennsylvania – School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He started his career in the Group CFO’s office, looking at Strategic Finance, Capital Markets and Risk & Governance Policy.

This role involves working with all the listed verticals of the Adani Group. Jeet is also spearheading the Adani Airports business as well as the Adani Digital Labs – which is all set to build a super app to cater to all the consumers of Adani Group businesses.

Mr. KS Rao holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and has over 30 years of experience in managing business growth by spearheading transformative projects and adopting new technologies, across both digital and physical infrastructure sector.

His expertise lies in envisioning strategic growth direction for the organisation coupled with rigour in planning and execution to achieve the desired goals along with major thrust in delivering large scale and complex projects that encompass diverse domains within Infrastructure, Energy, and Manufacturing sector.

He is deeply committed to the advancement of our nation and passionate about harnessing emerging technologies, forging strategic partnerships, and collaborating with stakeholders to create a holistic infrastructure landscape that fosters economic growth, social inclusion, and technological excellence.

Mr. Jatin R. Jalundhwala is a Commerce and Law Graduate and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has vast experience of more than 35 years in the fields of Finance, Secretarial and Legal; Taxation, Import & Insurance and Operations – Commercial, Strategic Planning and Restructuring.

He is a Member in Management Committee for CCGRT (Centre for Corporate Governance Research & Training) at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a Member of the Finance Banking Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the Year 2015-16.

Mr. Mukesh Shah is M. Com. LL.B., FCA and Founder & Managing Partner of M/s. Mukesh M. Shah & Co. Chartered Accountants and is having more than 30 years’ experience in diversified fields of Audit & Assurance, Tax & Regulatory matters, Transactions advisory services, Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring including Mergers, De-mergers, Valuations, Acquisition and Sale, Project Finance, FEMA & Regulatory matters.

He is Managing Trustee of a leading educational institute running 5 colleges imparting education to more than 6,500 students in the city of Ahmedabad. He had been committee member of Chartered Accountants Association, Ahmedabad and ITAT Bar Association, Ahmedabad.

Mrs. Birva Patel is a qualified Company Secretary and has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University. She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounts, secretarial and legal matters. She entered business of franchise of a Delhi based brand (Ritu Kumar) and has been successful in retail industry for 7 years
